Stephen discusses the concepts of original talent and inner strengths – those that existed without the need for you to train. What was it about you that helped you grow and transcend challenging experiences in your early life?
We discuss the courage of bringing personality traits forward in the midst of work places, environments and contexts.
Conscious implies recognizing a strength and staking a claim rather than simply being nostalgic about it. Stephen gives you an example from his time in the banking industry to paint a picture of the concepts explored.
Being courageous will allow you to have greater space for you to live with more flow and ease. An important step in this transformation is realizing and admitting to ourselves that we can’t do it alone… which shifts to “I don’t want to do it alone.”
As we get more specific, Stephen brings light to the archetype of the exhausted over-achiever for which I provide you with examples from my own life.
