1. The process of being present. Think of Ekhart Tolle The Power Of Now. The easiest and fastest way is to use the breath. Put your feet on the floor, take 3 deep breaths to slow yourself down and bring yourself in the present. Now you are here right now.
2. Shift the mind from a state of ‘I know exactly how to get there’ and be open to the universe bringing you a more efficient and easier way to accomplish your goal. Allow yourself to be in the unknowing and having your path shift as to let the possibilities occur.
3. Being authentic. The way that J V thinks of authentic is that each of us have a feeling in our body, a visual or perhaps a sound which allows us to know that something feels real first us. When you take a step, does it feel real to you?
