I had a conversation beyond mind, soul, heart and strength with Philip Reynolds as we explored the 4 intelligences. We started off by comparing strength and the body which are essentially a description of the same concepts. meaning your overall health. As we move on to the other types of intelligences Phil points out that when you increase one type of intelligence the other intelligences also increase in a form of synergy.
Phil first started developing these intelligences with the mind through meditation which is what Phil started doing about 16 years ago. He was able to compare his experience with those described by other teachers and traditions. Some of the benefits of meditation which you can expect are clarity and stress management.
Then he moved on to the physical intelligence. He made it a habit to go to the gym and get in shape. It wasn’t quite clear what he had stumbled across with the four intelligences as he was going through the process of refining them.
During the interview Phil shared the blocks and challenges that most of us face in pursuing something which has great value to us. Then we take a turn to discover Deeksha and the role it had in his journey. The conversation keeps expanding as we get into the role of fitness towards refining our spiritual gifts
