The Spiritual Voice

The Spiritual Voice podcast is a show about spirituality from all walks of life, designed with the inquisitive soul in mind. While we might feature a guest or two with backgrounds in Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism, Zen, or Taoism, from priests to psychics, these interviews don’t tread familiar ground. Our goal is to empower self-discovery and personal development by presenting useful practices, techniques, recommendations, and resources from a panoply of traditions, cultures, and sociological perspectives. Mysticism, Sufism, meditation, yogic, mantras & tantric traditions, alchemy, shamanism, divination, ancient wisdom traditions, angels, trance, God/god, art, tarot, psychedelics, minimalism, karma, spiritual pilgrimages, travel, the awakening process, and even a dominatrix are just some of the points of view we’ve brought to listeners interested in exploring how and why they believe what they believe. Host Pol Cousineau, a CPA, Marketing and Technology Expert, and Spiritual Health & Leadership Mentor, asks the big questions, getting his guests to offer up sometimes surprising and always inspiring answers. This conversation explores P.E.A.R.L.S. with Aleshia Green, People Elevating And Raising Life Standards, which can inform the way that you act when you are in public and your workplace.

PEARLS arose from a desire to work in a better state of mind.

This leads us to talk about the self-help industry and the importance of moving from the place of motivation and exciting towards action and application.

We contrast the private and the public self through a personal example of Aleshia’s family dynamic as well as the concept of attracting soul mate friends.

You’ll learn about the practice of listening which can be good and bad as well as how you can use it to improve your life.

A conversation on listening wouldn’t be complete without bringing to light the tendency for over-talking.

This leads to ways to reach positive conclusions and outcomes when we are dealing with the desire to be heard and expressing who we are. We explain how this can be used as a tool to resolve anger.

Listen to The Spiritual Voice Podcast Ep.0114 to make positive changes to your environment, embrace surrender, explore your family story and influence the way you live for the better.
